We want our honey in your hands as soon as possible! Here is more information about where we can ship and how long it usually takes.
SHIPPING TIMES
New Zealand: 1-4 days
Australia: 4-7 days.
USA: 8-12 days
UK & Europe: 8-12 days

Singapore, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea: 6-9 days
Rest of world: 8-12 Days (Usually)
Please note: Some countries do not apply honey to be sent via post. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns regarding receiving honey in your country/region
Please Note: rural addresses could take longer.
DELIVERY COMPANY
New Zealand: We use NZ Post
Rest of the World: We use NZ Post to ship our products via DHL. DHL won’t deliver to a PO Box, so you’ll need to tell us your physical address when you place an order.

TRACKING
We’ll email you when we ship, detailing who we’ve shipped with and your unique tracking number. If your honey isn’t with you within the estimated shipping time, click on the link in your email notification, email hello@hellohoney.nz and we will enquire as to where it is.
WHERE WE SHIP TO
We can currently ship to most of the world (except Western Australia) as they have a higher quarantine regulation for bees and bee products). If you cannot see an option to ship directly to you, please get in touch via email hello@hello@hellohoney.nz and we will find a local stockist or a creative way of ensuring you receive your honey.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
We ship our orders daily, but if you change your mind before your product has been shipped, we can cancel the order. Either send us an email: hello@hellohoney.nz or give us a call: +64 27 246 7707. We will get it sorted for you!

Returns & Exchange

We stand behind every jar of Hello Honey Manuka honey. If you’re not completely satisfied with it, we will do our best to make it right. We love feedback of all kinds, so don’t be shy to reach out!
This is for Hello Honey New Zealand products purchased via our website. If you’ve ordered from anywhere else, please contact us via email: hello@hellohoney.nz and we will sort it out. Please ensure that you have details of where and when you purchased the product.
Not Stoked with your purchase?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We believe strongly in our products and their quality so if you are not thrilled about the honey you have bought from us, please email us within 14 days of purchase at hello@hellohoney.nz.
Please let us know:
• Confirmation email containing your Order Number
• Delivery documentation containing your Delivery Number
• List and description of goods to be returned
• Reason for returning goods

Once we receive this information, we will let you know where to return your parcel. Returned items will be processed within 4 working days of when we receive them. Please take care when packaging the parcel so that items are not damaged or empty upon their return to us.

Damaged parcels
We try our absolute best to ensure our amazing honey is protected while on it’s way to you but sometimes it has a rough journey once leaving our place. Please forgive us if you receive a damaged parcel or it doesn’t match the description of what you ordered. We’ll also happily refund or replace your item(s),and pick up the tab for the return courier or mail charges.
Below are some good reasons for returning your order. Please help us by email: hello@hellohoney.nz with a photo of the issue, along with the above return information as soon as possible.

• Glass jar damaged or broken on arrival
• Honey does not meet your expectations – a quality issue with the product
• We’ve got it wrong and your product differs from the order you placed
• The tamper seal on the jar is broken (white tab connecting the lid to the jar)
